BASIC TRAINING COURSE

LASER PRECISION is the perfect introduction. In a one-day course, basic terms are explained, the special features of ultrashort pulse laser processing are discussed and applications of interest to you are presented. There will be enough time for questions and discussions to discuss the topics relevant to you in more detail.

SAMPLING

LASER PRECISION is your competent partner for sampling your components to demonstrate the suitability of an ultrashort pulse laser process for the application you have in mind. We serve as a central contact, carry out the sampling on one of our systems or together with external partners from our network and prepare a detailed report. Based on this report, you can get an overview of the optimal processing parameters and the necessary system technology.
SYSTEM TECHNOLOGY SELECTION
If you decide to integrate an ultrashort pulse laser process, we will support you with our many years of experience in the selection of suitable system technology. We draw up specifications on your behalf, define interfaces and work with you to develop solutions for integrating the system technology into your production environment.
PRODUCTION AT YOUR COMPANY
From setting up a processing machine to running series production - LightPulse
LASER PRECISION also supports you on this part of the way. We commission the machine in cooperation with you, set up the ultrashort pulse laser process for you and run it until it is suitable for series production. Furthermore, we train your employees so that they are familiar with the ultrashort pulse laser process. So nothing stands in the way of successful series production!
COMPREHENSIVE SERVICE
If the ultrashort pulse laser process has been successfully implemented at your site, we will of course continue to be available to you as a contact partner. If problems occur with the laser process, we will localise the problem for you and develop proposals for solutions. We are also available to you as a development partner to implement new machining processes on your system technology.
