LightPulse LASER PRECISION is the right partner for manufacturing with ultrashort pulse lasers. Thanks to our many years of experience in micro-machining with ultrashort pulse lasers, we can optimally set up the machining process for your application. For the production of larger quantities, we can manufacture fixtures adapted to your requirements due to our cooperation with an experienced NC manufacturing company. These enable a high degree of automation in production, which results in cost advantages for you. Furthermore, a reproducible machining result is ensured even over a longer period of time.

An important concern for us is continuous quality control. With the help of a modern and calibrated digital microscope, we can regularly check the quality of the components produced. This makes it possible to measure the components in the plane with an accuracy of <1 µm. Furthermore, the height profile of a 2.5D structure as well as its surface structure can be measured with an accuracy of a few µm.
